How to Request Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held by UMDSOFT. To submit a deletion request, follow these steps:

  1. Complete the Data Deletion Request Form below with your full name and the email address associated with your data.
  2. Select the service or product related to your data (if applicable).
  3. Optionally, provide any additional details that may help us locate your data.
  4. Click "Submit Deletion Request" to send your request.
  5. You will receive a confirmation on this page. Our team will also follow up via email within 30 business days to confirm the completion of your request.

Alternatively, you may send a deletion request directly via email to privacy@umdsoft.uz with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Processing Timeline

Once we receive your deletion request, we will verify your identity and process the request within 30 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been successfully deleted. In some cases, we may need to contact you for additional information to verify your identity or to clarify the scope of your request.

What Gets Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

  • Personal identification information (name, email address, phone number)
  • Contact form submissions and message history
  • Usage data linked to your identifiable profile
  • Any account data associated with our products or services (if applicable)
  • Communication records and correspondence

What May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained even after a deletion request is processed, in accordance with our legal obligations and legitimate business interests:

  • Anonymized analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained for statistical and analytical purposes.
  • Legal obligations: Data that we are required to retain by applicable laws, regulations, or court orders of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including financial records and transaction data required for tax and accounting purposes.
  • Dispute resolution: Data necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims may be retained until the relevant statute of limitations has expired.
